ABOUT PROJECT
This crowdfunding proposal is composed of five members of Labuan International Financial Economics HE22 to complete the assessment required by GD30103 International Corporate Finance. The purpose of this crowdfunding campaign is to give a helping hand to orphanages at House of Love at Klang, Selangor. We will take the funds from this campaign to give cash donation and material donation to them, the material been given mostly is the daily necessities such as rice, cooking oil, biscuits, and so on. During the pandemic of Covid-19, they may not able to get funds to sustain. Therefore, we hope this campaign can help them for short term period and letting people know their existence and to give a helping hand to them. Thus, the verified from our coordinator “Dr. Suzillah Sidek” of this crowdfunding campaign and approved by the third party which is the House of Love will be much appreciated.
Background of House of Love

House of Love is a charity children's home for orphans, abandoned, abused and neglected children. The purpose of the House of Love is to provide shelter in a loving family environment, with gentle care and love, and to support the physical, spiritual, psychological, social and educational well-being of children. In the "House of Love", these privileged children stay with their parents/nanny in a family-style environment. The house with 4 children started operations in Klang. Currently, "House of Love" has a total of 27 children and 6 residents living at home. The House of Love is managed by committee members with different professional backgrounds. The house also enjoys a good reputation in the Social Welfare Department in Klang, and we are fortunate to operate the house. During the journey, with the blessing of God and the support of the public, the "House of Love" provided care and love to another 400 children from 300 poor families by providing food assistance, counseling, education to help children.
Objective
The main objective of this crowdfunding campaign is to serve as an online platform or channel for those well-doers, who are willing to give a helping hand to the orphans via the donation method. Besides, the objective of this online crowdfunding campaign is to raise citizens' awareness of every Ringgit they have donated, could make better differences in the life of those orphans.

这项此众筹提案由纳闽国际金融经济学HE22的五名成员组成，以完成GD30103 International Corporate Finance要求的课业。众筹活动的目的是向雪兰莪巴生的“福爱之家”的孤儿院伸出援助之手。我们将从这次活动中获得资金，向他们捐赠现金和物资，其中大部分是日用品，例如大米，食用油，饼干等。在Covid-19大流行期间，他们可能无法获得维持资金的机会。因此，我们希望这项运动能在短期内为他们提供帮助，让人们知道他们的存在并为他们提供帮助。非常感谢此活动的众筹活动协调员“Dr. Suzillah Sidek”和获得第三方“福爱之家”的认可，
福爱之家的背景
“福爱之家”是一个为孤儿，被遗弃，受虐待和被忽视的孩子们的慈善儿童之家。福爱之家的目的是在一个充满爱的家庭环境中提供庇护，轻柔的关怀和关爱，并支持儿童的身体，精神，心理，社会和教育福祉。在“福爱之家”中，这些有特权的孩子与父母/保姆一起生活在家庭风格的环境中。这座有4个孩子的房子在巴生开始运作。目前，“福爱之家”共有27个孩子和6个居民居住在家里。爱之屋由具有不同专业背景的委员会成员管理。这所房屋在巴生社会福利部也享有很高的声誉，我们很幸运能经营该房屋。在旅途中，“福爱之家”在上帝的祝福和公众的支持下，通过提供食品援助，咨询和教育帮助儿童，向来自300个贫困家庭的另外400名儿童提供了关怀和爱心。

这项众筹活动的主要目的是利用在线平台或渠道来为那些愿意通过捐赠方法向孤儿伸出援助之手的富人。此外，这项网上众筹活动的目的是提高公民对他们所捐赠的每一林吉特的认识，从而可以更好地改变这些孤儿的生活。这项网上众筹活动的目的是让公民对他们所捐赠的每一分钱，从而可以更好地改变这些孤儿的生活。

RISKS AND CHALLENGES
If amount of the funds raised does not achieve the target set from the total expense estimated, thus, all the donation items will decrease to reduce the quality of life for the orphanages. On other hand, if the amount of the funds raised more than target set from the total expense estimated, therefore, all the donation items will raise to increase the quality of life and also decrease the burden of the orphanages.
如果筹集的资金数量没有达到估计总费用所设定的目标，那么所有捐赠项目都会减少，从而降低了孤儿院的生活质量。另一方面，如果筹集的资金超过了从估算的总费用中设定的目标，那么所有捐赠项目都将筹集资金，以提高生活质量并减轻孤儿院的负担。
